Terms of Service for XeroSec

By accessing and using XeroSec (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We may update the ToS periodically without notice.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share scripts that violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
Post malicious code or scripts that contain viruses or harmful components.
Use the platform for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
Share scripts that contain personal data or sensitive information.

Intellectual property

You agree that any and all content you provide to XeroSec (collectively, "Subscriber Content"), including but not limited to scripts, graphics, images, animations, and feedback, is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to XeroSec on a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive basis pursuant to Creative Commons licensing terms (CC BY-SA 4.0). You grant XeroSec the perpetual and irrevocable right and license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, export, display, and commercially exploit such Subscriber Content for purposes such as:

Providing, maintaining, and updating the platform.
Addressing lawful requests from agencies.
Addressing security incidents and providing technical support.
Aggregating data for product optimization.

This license means you cannot revoke permission for XeroSec to use such content, even if you later remove it. Public Content you contribute is open for public use, and must have appropriate attribution. By agreeing to these terms, you also abide by the Acceptable Use Policy of our platform.

Limitation of Liability

XeroSec is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the service. The Site is provided without warranty of any kind.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XeroSec, its owners, and its staff from any claims or disputes arising from the use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these ToS by reference.

Termination

XeroSec reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service, without notice, for conduct that XeroSec believes violates these ToS or is harmful to other users, XeroSec, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these ToS is held invalid, the remainder of the ToS will continue in effect. The ToS constitutes the entire agreement between you and XeroSec regarding its subject matter.
